I remember my elder daughter Kate joining The Schoolhouse at 2.5 years old, insecure and fiesty. It brings us great joy to see our little toddler graduating as a confident and inquisitive girl with righteousness and kindness. We thank all the teachers, principal and caregivers in the centre, for the guidance and patience shown in nurturing our daughter. We appreciate the teachers' effort to go the extra mile for the children, inspiring them through play, music, and well organized activities. It always amazes us seeing the K2 class book lovingly published from a collection of the children's imaginative stories. The graduation ceremony held to mark a key milestone, made it so memorable, even for us parents. Every festival is adoringly celebrated with the children in mind. Every child's name is remembered and feels welcomed. The confidence and assurance to enroll our younger daughter Kimber in The Schoolhouse West Coast was affirmed by the thoughtful succession planning of teachers for each graduating level. When we dropped our children off in school, we know that they are in good hands. Our older child has just graduated to primary 1, and has adjusted well. She misses her teachers Ms Belinda, Zhou laoshi, Ms Elle, Ms Leilah and Chia Liu laoshi; and we too are missing her preschool days at The Schoolhouse.
